MC Chosen is an Australian Indigenous Hip Hop artist. He is a Brisbane based local performer and recording artist and also a radio announcer for a community radio station called 4ZZZ 102.1 FM
His style is boom-bap and trap.
He first discovered Hip Hop from his uncle Ray. He would always have listening sessions and play vinyl records and he discovered this group, The Wutang clan, and ever since then he always wanted to be a rapper.
The metaphor behind the name "MC Chosen" is to see change with youths in custody
MC Chosen has been a volunteer at 4ZZZ 102.1FM since 2011 and he also has his own show with BJ Max on Zed Digital and DAB+ called "It's Island Time" every Monday from 7:00pm til 8:00pm

First rapper to perform at the Royal English Hotel
After meeting Necro, MC Chosen told him that he wanted to be a rapper. Necro's advice was to "keep working hard!" and ever since then MC Chosen has been putting in the work
